Wood Craft Disc Pack

 

The Wood Craft Pack is made completely of wood, making it a unique packaging solution that’s especially useful for high value collectors editions or limited edition promotional items.

Ideal for 12 cm discs, Wood Craft CD Packs are available with or without lamellas in the lid to hold a Booklet. You can choose different mechanisms to fix the disc in the case, such as a CD-Fix on a wooden CD holder that’s already incorporated in the body of the packaging. 

To adapt the Wood Craft CD Pack to your design needs, it can be heat-embossed or silk-screen printed.

Format Booklet (4 page Booklet): 121 x 119 mm (specifications available on request)

These views show the outside of the packs. In the right hand picture you can see that the case is hinged using two brass effect hinges.

On the left you can see the metal "lamellas" which hold the booklet in place, and on the right is the rubber "CD Fix" mounted on a raised area on the right of the case which both hold the CD securely and also prevents the playing surface coming into contact with the back of the case.

The booklet and CD spaces are "routed" out.

The case is held closed by a "popper" or press stud mechanism towards the outer edge of the inside faces of the case.

This shot shows a case containing a booklet and CD. The four 'finger holes' at the edge of the CD allow for easy insertion and removal of the disc. There are corresponding finger points for the booklet too.
