CShells are fun packaging for CDs and DVDs which are rapidly becoming collectable! Shaped like a clam shell and moulded from a single piece of slightly flexible shatterproof plastic (polypropylene), the centre clicks shut, holding the disc firmly to avoid scratching, and at about half the weight of an equivalent jewel case they are great for mailing. There are also variants which can hold two CDs, 8cm CDs (CShellMD), and the CShellRB with holes to allow mounting of the case into a ring binder. For quantities over 10000 units we can manufacture CDshells specifically for you in a colour of your choice. Silk screen print can be added to order. Shaped booklets can also be printed which fit the cases without rotating.

Packing & Delivery
Packing and delivery costs are quoted on a by job basis. Packing will be affected by number of steps involved, and delivery by the weight and destination.
As a guide, 500 CShells in a box weighs approximately 15kgs and 500 CShellMDs in a box weighs approximately 11kgs.
